Permitting → submissions, plan-check responses, corrections, and coordination on parking (often exempt near transit; local rules vary). Build → site prep, foundations, framing, MEP rough-ins, insulation, windows/doors, drywall, tile/millwork, fixtures, HERS testing, and final inspections. You get clear milestones, weekly progress updates, and one point of contact—from demo to punch list to close-out manuals and warranty.
